Acceptable Use Policy

This policy defines uses of ZeroTraceAI (the “Service”) that we do not permit. By using the Service, you agree to follow this policy. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations, with or without notice depending on severity.
This policy forms part of our Terms of Service. Capitalised terms used here have the same meaning as in those Terms.
1. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Service to:
- Process content that is illegal under the laws of the United Kingdom or your jurisdiction.
- Process content that harasses, threatens, defames, or facilitates harm to specific individuals.
- Circumvent academic integrity policies of educational institutions, including processing student work in ways prohibited by those institutions.
- Generate or distribute spam, phishing communications, or unsolicited bulk messages in violation of applicable anti-spam law, including the UK Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR), the EU ePrivacy Directive, or the US CAN-SPAM Act.
- Process content that infringes copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights belonging to a third party.
- Process content involving minors in inappropriate or harmful contexts.
- Reverse engineer the Service or attempt to extract or replicate the underlying cleaning logic for the purpose of creating a competing service.
- Resell access to the Service or make the Service available to third parties without express written authorisation from LeadLegend LTD.
- Use the Service to facilitate identity fraud, impersonation, or deception in contexts where such deception causes harm.
- Test or probe the Service for the purpose of generating or distributing harmful, dangerous, or offensive content.
2. Acceptable Uses
The Service is designed for legitimate professional purposes. Examples of acceptable use include:
- Cleaning AI-generated content to improve deliverability and professional presentation.
- Quality assurance for content workflows, removing formatting artefacts before publication.
- Removing encoding artefacts from text imported from external systems, databases, or third-party tools.
- Editorial review and content standardisation pipelines.
This list is illustrative, not exhaustive. If you are unsure whether a particular use is permitted, please contact us before proceeding.
3. Enforcement
When we become aware of a suspected violation of this policy, we may:
- Investigate the relevant usage patterns and account activity.
- Suspend access to the Service pending the outcome of that investigation.
- Terminate access permanently for confirmed violations.
- Report illegal activity to law enforcement or relevant regulatory authorities.
Enforcement decisions are made by LeadLegend LTD at our sole discretion. We are not obligated to provide a detailed explanation of enforcement actions, though we will act reasonably and in good faith.
4. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of use of the Service that you believe violates this policy, please report it to us at support@leadlegend.org with as much relevant detail as possible. We will review all reports and take appropriate action.
5. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in the Service or applicable law. Updated versions will be posted at this URL with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
