Refund Policy

Our Position
ZeroTraceAI does not offer refunds for paid subscriptions.
This position reflects the nature of the Service: our plans are low-cost ($5 or $15 USD per month), the Service is available immediately upon subscribing, and you can cancel at any time to prevent future charges. Before subscribing, you can verify the Service meets your needs using the free web tool at no cost.
What This Means
Once a charge is processed for a billing period, that charge is final. We are unable to issue refunds for charges already made.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or via the customer billing portal. Cancellation stops all future charges. Access to paid features may continue through the remainder of the current billing period or be terminated immediately, at our discretion based on the circumstances of the cancellation.
Free Web Tool
The web tool at zerotraceai.com is free to use and remains free regardless of your subscription status. You can use it to evaluate the Service and verify it meets your needs before committing to a paid plan.
Exceptional Circumstances
We recognise that genuine errors can occur. In the following circumstances, we will consider issuing a discretionary refund:
- A technical failure on our end that rendered the Service unavailable for a significant portion of your billing period.
- A billing error resulting in an incorrect charge amount.
- A duplicate charge resulting from a payment processing error.
To request a discretionary refund, please email support@leadlegend.org within 14 days of the charge, including your account email address and a description of the issue. We will review all requests in good faith and respond within a reasonable time.
Discretionary refunds are issued at our sole discretion and do not constitute an obligation or precedent for future refund requests.
Chargebacks
We strongly encourage customers to contact us before initiating a chargeback with their bank or payment provider. In most cases, we can resolve billing concerns quickly and directly.
Filing a chargeback without first contacting us in good faith may result in immediate and permanent termination of your account, and may affect your ability to create a new account in future.
